La Perouse is a French-style blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot from our organic vineyard in Central Ranges, New South Wales. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it offers balanced flavors of red and green fruits with smooth tannins, resulting in a complex experience.

Tasting note

  • Body: Dry, full bodied
  • Colour: Deep red with a vibrant hue
  • Nose: A fragrant bouquet of black and red currants with spice and cedary notes
  • Palate: Opens with vibrant fruit, then hits hard with gritty tannins and spice. Finishes with lingering tannins and a return of dark fruit. Very complex and perfect for Ribeye

Storage

  • Avoid direct sunlight and damp places; store at a temperature of 15-18°C. It can be kept for about 3-5 days after opening
